First, we fell in love with the waves in Lobitos. Then we learned how to surf here, and got to know the people; the local instructors, the underground art and music scene, the hidden-gem family restaurants, and the world-class NGOs that build brighter futures for local families.
We knew we had to stay, so we opened a community café on main street, to contribute to this undiscovered society and keep us surfing for as long as possible.
We’ve planted our roots in Lobitos, to serve as a bridge for curious, open-minded travelers who want to leave a positive impact on the local communities they visit. It’s this connection that makes our experiences so special.

WHERE YOU WILL STAY
Family-run Buena Vista was one of the first hotels in Lobitos. Owners Claudia and Augusto Correa still call it home and that's exactly what it feels like during your stay. They have poured their heart and soul into every detail; from the lush fruit garden, to private pool, Indonesian-inspired decor and breathtaking views from the Mirador (look out point), no detail is unaccounted for.
Proud parents of Alonso Correa, who placed 4th in Men's Surfing at the Paris Olympics, the Correa's are not only a pillar of the Lobitos community, they are recognized across Peru as national treasures and we are so stoked and grateful to partner with them for our retreats.
