COFFEE FROM

NEARBY

PRODUCERS

Our coffee begins its journey in the Hoyo sector of Vilcabamba, Cusco, where for over 50 years Don Odilon Canales has tended his land — a legacy from his parents, now passed on to his son, Enilce. On their six hectares, the family cultivates more than 100 quintals a year, each harvest carrying the care of generations. This season’s beans are fresh and complex, with notes of ripe fruit and smooth chocolate — the taste of the Andes in every cup.

Roast: Medium
Taste pallet: Fruity, chocolate, citrus, and dried fruit notes in every cup.

La Onza’s pastries come from the hands of friends and neighbors. Moisés fills the air with the smell of fresh bread and cinnamon rolls. Juan Diego, from restaurant Gaman, crafts our special luxury cakes. Loana bakes soft, flavorful banana bread and carrot cake. And Emma, La Onza’s co-owner, is behind our cheesecakes and chocolate. Together, they bring a taste of Lobitos to every plate.

SHOWCASING

ART FROM LOCAL

ARTISANS

Our café walls and shelves are filled with the work of local talent. Lobitos hats by photographer Antonio capture the spirit of this coastal town. Art pieces from Inti blend Lobitos, the ocean, and raw passion. Nagual y el Mar’s pastel paintings express harmony and dreams. Pia, who runs a local canine charity, makes colorful dog collars that help fund her cause. Manu works with wood, carving everything from Lobitos scenes to tiki totems. And there’s always more — rotating pieces from other local makers, each with its own story.

Every purchase supports the people who make this place unique.
